By sending us an inquiry, you consent to replies from Grounded RVs, Inc. in that conversation, including replies assisted by Colter AI. This does not authorize ongoing recurring messages or enroll you in promotional texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Texting is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or service.
Read our Text Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy before sending your message. Visiting this page or opening your messaging app does not opt you in.
Prefer email? Contact info@groundedrvs.com. If your device cannot open a messaging app, send your text to 313-636-8605 from your phone. Messages are not monitored continuously; this is not an emergency service.
About the service
These terms apply to the Grounded Text Messaging service operated by Grounded RVs, Inc. at 313-636-8605. Our team uses SMS and MMS for one-to-one business conversations, including product and service inquiries, order updates, appointments, supplier coordination and deliveries. These terms do not replace a separate vehicle purchase, warranty or service agreement.
Your consent
When you text Grounded with an inquiry, you agree to receive replies and follow-up messages related to that inquiry. If you separately agree to receive texts from our team, we will message you about the purposes you agreed to. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional text messages. This service is not a bulk marketing subscription.
Consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may contact us by email instead. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if your number changes.
When our team asks to text you
During a phone call or email exchange, our teammate asks for permission before starting a new outbound text conversation. You hear or read the following request, with your number and the specific purpose filled in:
“May Grounded RVs send you recurring texts at [your number] about [specific purpose]? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service; we can use email instead. Terms: groundedevs.com/terms. Privacy: groundedevs.com/privacy.”
Reply yes to the teammate during that call or email exchange only if you agree. Reading this page does not grant consent. Only an affirmative yes permits that conversation. Staff must record the date, number, agreed purpose, how permission was obtained and your affirmative answer in the shared inbox consent note. Silence, an existing business relationship or a phone number on file is not permission. If you decline, our team can continue by email.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiries and ongoing business with Grounded. Conversations may include recurring follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply, including for MMS attachments, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Stop or resume messages
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; after that, we will not send further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an order, appointment or other agreement with Grounded.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@groundedrvs.com. Text messages are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency service.
Delivery and availability
Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability. We cannot guarantee delivery or response times. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Grounded handles information, including mobile information and text messaging consent data. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive medical information by text.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. If a change requires new consent, we will obtain it before sending messages covered by that change.
