About the service

These terms apply to the Grounded Text Messaging service operated by Grounded RVs, Inc. at 313-636-8605. Our team uses SMS and MMS for one-to-one business conversations, including product and service inquiries, order updates, appointments, supplier coordination and deliveries. These terms do not replace a separate vehicle purchase, warranty or service agreement.

Your consent

When you text Grounded with an inquiry, you agree to receive replies and follow-up messages related to that inquiry. If you separately agree to receive texts from our team, we will message you about the purposes you agreed to. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional text messages. This service is not a bulk marketing subscription.

Consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may contact us by email instead. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if your number changes.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiries and ongoing business with Grounded. Conversations may include recurring follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply, including for MMS attachments, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Stop or resume messages

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; after that, we will not send further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an order, appointment or other agreement with Grounded.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@groundedrvs.com. Text messages are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency service.

Delivery and availability

Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability. We cannot guarantee delivery or response times. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Grounded handles information, including mobile information and text messaging consent data. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive medical information by text.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. If a change requires new consent, we will obtain it before sending messages covered by that change.
